After about two weeks of communication with P&LS a crew was sent out to complete my pack out with no additional charges. I am a totally satisfied customer.
I never had a problem with the crews that did the actual work. Their services were great. I have no idea who to thank as any supervisor remained voiceless and and nameless to me. I think the biggest problem that existed was a lack of communication of how the scheduling works with the company and what it meant to me with the special needs that existed.
Household packed, POD scheduled for pick-up and I am one happy person. We'll move that up to 3 stars for the company, 5 stars for the crew.

When I engaged the services of Pack and Load Services Inc. it was with the recommendation of PODS.
I had no idea that services were scheduled for a packing team to do 3 households in one day and they don't quit until all are completed. I explained that I needed loading services only and no appliances or heavy furniture were being packed. Common sense says that the easiest, quickest job should go first. It was an added expense for me to engage care services for my mom.
Had I known that they wouldn't even get to me until 2020, after waiting all day, I would have requested daytime as the change in routine is extremely difficult for my elderly mother. As it was, 2 men were pulled from job #2 to take care of my place and had to return to the other job to finish up. They left at 2315. Many items were not packed as requested and I still have that to finish up myself.
I had called several times during the day to get an ETA so I could leave the house without fear of missing the crew. I was told at least 3 times that I would get a call from the team and never did. Customer service called 2 days prior to my pack date as there was a problem with my billing address. I spoke with 3 different representatives that day and 2 of them were so rude I was shocked.
I called today to speak to a supervisor about my displeasure and was given the third degree about the reason for my call. I was eventually told I would be called as soon as he was finished with his current call. Never happened. One service representative was pleasant and said she would try to help reschedule and call me back.
As nice as she was, it was an empty promise. The packers knew their stuff and were personable. For that, I was grateful.
The review site asks for supporting documentation. I've seen too many similar complaints to believe that is necessary.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Price reduction.
I didn't like: Tactics.
